Setting our beef apart
We sell only beef we raise here at Rising S Ranch. No growth implants or growth stimulants. No hormones. No subtheraputic or topical antibiotics. Our cattle graze on unlimited open pastures, and are supplemented with a vitamin, mineral, and non-GMO corn diet (when available).
My personal promise to you is to deliver a clean, healthy, hormone/antibiotic free beef to you and your family. Here at Rising S Ranch, we believe in quality not quantity. I have been raising beef for over 25 years. This is a product I am proud of and pleased to be able to share with you and your family.
Why Tarantaise/Angus?

Here at Rising S Ranch, I have taken these high producing, muscled and marbled Tarantaise cows and crossed them with large framed, high marbling registered Angus bulls. The final product is a calf raised by a mama with rich, hardy butterfat milk, great muscling and a herd sire bull with a background of producing grade A beef, large tender steaks, with tremendous marbling and tenderness. A final product of home raised beef that is second to none. I have a limited supply only of these outstanding beef from year to year. I am very choosy about the steers chosen to feed out.
